In the film "Bully in Istanbul", Cevat is the lecherous son of his father, a famous bully, and decides to kidnap the model Camilla.

Ziya Baba undertakes the kidnapping and delivers Camilla to Sahin in a package.

Sahin sets off from Izmir to Istanbul without knowing what is inside the package.

However, Sahin encounters two troublemakers named Gurkan and Altan on the way and loses the package.

Trying to find the package with Cevat's fear, Sahin and his friends spend a challenging 48 hours full of funny events.
