After the death of her mother, Nergis finds a photograph of her and discovers that she has an unknown brother.

She travels to Büyükada and learns that her mother worked at the Greek Orphanage where her brother had disappeared.

While investigating, she encounters supernatural events and realises that the island is full of dark secrets.

When she wants to escape, it is too late.
