Sil Bastan Kaynanam tells the story of a family whose dynamics change completely when the new daughter-in-law of the house loses her memory.

Ceylan, a good-natured daughter-in-law, starts to exhibit strange behaviour after losing her memory.

While Ceylan tries to get rid of her mother-in-law's bad behaviour, her husband Unal tries to reconcile his mother and his wife.

However, in the meantime, Unal finds himself being crushed by both of them.
